Sunday began with a chilly start, so much so that our batteries needed heated blankets to ensure optimal performance! Both cars breezed through scrutineering (safety checks), and after a quick practice session, we were ready to tackle the final race.

The teams worked brilliantly together, giving their all to ensure the cars ran smoothly and put on a great performance. It was fantastic to have some of the younger year groups join us, gaining first-hand experience and inspiration for future competitions. Our pit area buzzed with visitors eager to see the improvements made to our cars, while we also took the opportunity to learn from other teams and make valuable connections.

After a competitive day of racing, our Year 12/13 team achieved an impressive 4th place finish, competing against some of the top teams in the country. The Year 9/10 team also performed admirably, climbing to 24th place in their category.

A huge well done to all our competitors who worked so hard this season, delivering our best results yet! We’re excited to see what the future holds as our new teams gear up for next year's Greenpower challenge. Here's to even more success in 2025!
