Pupils Bake for the Community

Yesterday after school, a group of our pupils rolled up their sleeves to bake an array of delicious treats for the residents of The Grange Nursing & Residential Care Home in Saddington.

The group included several Year 9 students, joined by a couple of enthusiastic Year 8s, all eager to make a difference in their community. Together, they created a mouth-watering selection of baked goods, including lemon drizzle cake, chocolate-dipped shortbread, scones, and carrot cakes.

These delightful treats were carefully prepared and will be delivered to The Grange today, hopefully bringing joy to the residents.

This wonderful initiative highlights the generosity and community spirit of our pupils. Thank you to everyone who contributed their time and effort to this thoughtful project – a true example of making a difference together!
