Our girls shine at National Swimming Finals
Our Year 7 & 8 Girls Swim Team showcased outstanding talent and determination at the prestigious English Schools Swimming Association (ESSA) National Finals held in Birmingham. Competing against the best young swimmers from across the country, the team secured an impressive 16th place overall.
The girls swam in competitive relay races: the 4x50m Freestyle Relay and the 4x50m Medley Relay. Our girls demonstrated exceptional skill, teamwork, and resilience in both events, holding their own against strong national competition. Their dedication to training and their passion for the sport were evident as they delivered remarkable performances in the pool.
This achievement is a testament to the hard work and commitment of each team member and the unwavering support from their coaches and families. Finishing 16th at a national competition is an exceptional accomplishment, and we are incredibly proud of the team’s efforts.
Congratulations! Oour school community applauds you and looks forward to seeing your future successes in the sport!
